Welcome to Firstform Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms apply when you purchase concept visualisation services from us through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Firstform Studio creates concept-stage architectural visuals based on the drawings, models, photographs, sketches and other reference materials you provide.
Our visuals are intended to support early-stage design communication, client discussions and planning-stage presentation.
Firstform visuals are illustrative concept imagery.
They are not technical drawings, construction information or certified representations of a proposed or completed development, and should not be relied upon for construction, measurement, specification or regulatory compliance.
2. Use of AI
Our visuals are created using a combination of AI-assisted image generation and human design review to ensure quality.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You confirm that:

You have the right to use any images or materials you upload

You will provide accurate and complete information

You understand results may vary depending on your reference quality and clarity of briefing
4. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver standard visual orders within 2–3 working days following quote acceptance and receipt of all information reasonably required to begin work.
Larger or more complex orders may require additional time. Where possible, any different delivery timeframe will be communicated before work begins.
If further information, clarification or materials are required from you during the project, the delivery timeframe may be extended accordingly.
5. Revisions
Our standard price includes up to 2 revisions per visual.
Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to the agreed visual, such as changes to materials, colours, landscaping or other details.
Significant changes to the original brief, design or supplied information may fall outside the included revisions and may require an additional quotation.
Any additional work will be agreed with you before proceeding.
6. Refunds
Due to the bespoke digital nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has begun.
If no work has started, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
If you are unhappy with the output, we will reasonably attempt adjustments within the included revision limits.
7. Intellectual Property
Customer Materials
You retain all rights you hold in drawings, photographs, designs and other materials supplied to us.
Firstform Visuals
Subject to payment of all amounts due, Firstform Studio grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and share the delivered visuals in connection with your architectural practice and the relevant project. This includes use in client presentations, planning-stage material, portfolios, websites, social media and marketing.
Where white-label delivery has been agreed, you may present the visuals to your client under your own practice branding.
The visuals may not be resold as standalone visualisation products or licensed to unrelated third parties without our written permission.
Permission for Portfolio Use
We will not publicly share confidential project information or customer-supplied materials without permission.
We may ask for permission to feature completed visuals in our portfolio, website or social media. Where permission is given, we will respect any agreed confidentiality, attribution or timing requirements.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Claim the visuals are technical or certified drawings

Resell the visuals as standalone visualisation products without our written permission

Misrepresent the visuals as built reality or compliance documents
9. Liability Limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

We are not responsible for consequential or construction-related losses
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
